2. Product Applications

  • Concrete and Building Materials: Iron oxide black pigment is used as a colorant in concrete and construction materials, directly mixed into cement. It’s suitable for both indoor and outdoor concrete surfaces like walls, floors, ceilings, pillars, porches, pavements, parking lots, stairs, stations, as well as in architectural ceramics such as facing bricks, floor tiles, roof tiles, panels, terrazzo, mosaic tiles, and artificial marble.
  • Paints and Other Uses: Suitable for coloring and protecting various coatings, including water-based interior and exterior wall paints, oil-based paints, paper, asbestos, etc. (Note: Not suitable for high-temperature products).

3. Application Details

  • Performance: The product offers good dispersibility, stable storage, and compatibility with other components in the application system. It enhances rust and UV resistance in paints.
  • Paint Formulation: Recommended pigment content: 25-30% for primers, 20-30% for mixing paints, 15-25% for enamel paints (excluding extender pigments).
  • Water-Based Paints: Adjust according to the desired color.
